In 2006, Projective's founders, Stefan Dierckx and Filip Bosschaert, felt there was a gap in the financial services project management landscape. There have always been a host of traditional consultancies, system vendors and integrators. There seemed a lack, however, of a company that would focus exclusively on managing and delivering projects. Thus Projective was created.
Six years on, Projective, with its unique approach and core values has been embraced by the financial services sector. The company has grown to a team of more than 50 project managers with local offices in Brussels, London and The Hague. The company continues to grow and is gaining recognition as a leading independent provider of programme and project management to financial services institutions across Europe and beyond.
One of Projective's core beliefs is that there is no substitute for experience. Our consultants each have, on average, more than ten years of experience. This provides us with the confidence to address the challenges and demands of the marketplace regardless of complexity or scale.

Projective works exclusively for clients in the financial services domain. Clients include large banks and financial institutions as ABN Amro, Achmea, Citi, Deutsche Bank ING, NIBC, Rabobank and RBS.

Culture
At Projective, our corporate culture is quite unique. Our founders were determined not to create a classic hierarchal corporate structure. While everyone has come from different backgrounds within financial services, our consultants are never pigeonholed into a particular domain or industry. All members of the company are free to feed into different projects and share their experience and perspectives. Employees are also encouraged to build Projective, by getting involved in areas such as marketing, HR, finance or IT support. This results in a continuously stimulated and motivated team contributing to the company's success.
