Capgemini contracts Dutch retailer Maxeda

Capgemini have stated that its Dutch unit, Capgemini Outsourcing BV won a five-year contract to manage IT activities for Maxeda, the largest non-food retailer in the Netherlands.
No financial details were disclosed. In a statement, Capgemini said the agreement is subject to acceptance by Maxeda's central works council, expected by the end of January 2008.
