Atos benoemt M. van der Breggen tot VP

Atos Origin has appointed Michael van der Breggen as its new vice president responsible for the Company's ERP Services in North America. He reports directly to Paul Stewart, Executive Vice President and CEO of Atos Origin North America.

van der Breggen joined the company in 1997 as a senior SAP consultant. Throughout his career with Atos Origin, He has held many positions ranging from consultant, program manager to operations director. In these capacities, van der Breggen has led multi-million dollar, multi-national SAP implementations as well as being responsible for all activities pertaining to managing a business unit. He has been involved in numerous engagements with consulting and systems integration clients including Philips, Hydro Aluminum, Fenwal and The Freeman Companies.

"Michael was chosen as the leader for our ERP services because of his experience and forward-thinking leadership in providing customer value," says Paul Stewart, Executive Vice President and CEO of AtosOrigin North America. "In North America, ERP services are all about providing customers value through full lifecycle SAP implementation and support. Michael will position this team for the strategic growth we are planning for in 2009."

Prior to joining Atos Origin, van der Breggen worked for Deloitte Consulting, where he was part of the SAP practice. He consulted with clients such as Microsoft, Merisel, Yamaha Motors and Armstrong.

In addition to his BBA and MBA degrees from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, van der Breggen holds a degree from Glasgow University and various PMP and SAP certifications. He has also completed the highly prestigious Atos Origin Gold Program (Global Organizational and Leadership Development), which is an integrated work-based program that aims to create the next generation of leaders.
